PVD Coloured Expanded Mesh Panel

Colour on expanded mesh behaves differently from colour on a flat sheet. The coating follows every strand, so the tone deepens wherever the metal turns away from the light, and the panel gains a richness that a flat coloured surface cannot produce.

Colour over structure

Because the strands stand out of the plane, the same tone appears at several brightnesses across one panel. That is what makes a coloured mesh read as depth rather than as a painted surface.

Consistency

PVD batches are held to an average colour difference below DE 1.0, and panels for one elevation are produced together, because mesh is compared panel against panel in the same light.

Interior and exterior

Coloured mesh is most often used internally; exterior suitability is assessed per project against environment, substrate and technical requirements.

Sampling and quotation

An A4-size project sample is available within 3 days so the material can be judged under real light before it is specified. Initial quotation response is provided for qualified project inquiries, and MOQ with lead time is confirmed against the confirmed project scope rather than assumed from the product type.
