- How can minor scratches from daily use be repaired?We provide a dedicated Manual Repair Kit with matching grit abrasive blocks to perfectly restore the local brushed texture.
- Is brushed stainless steel more prone to rust in outdoor environments?It depends on Ra value control. With Ra kept under 0.3μm and 316L base material, salt deposit points are reduced for long-term rust-free performance.
- How does the direction of the brushed grain affect installation?Direction is critical - all panels must be installed in the same direction as the arrow on the back, otherwise light reflection differences cause visual false color difference.
- Can bending be performed directly on a brushed surface?Yes. The factory-applied 100μm strong-adhesion laser protective film keeps the grain undamaged during V-grooving and bending.
- What are the specific advantages of oil-brushed finish compared to dry brushing?Oil brushing produces longer continuous grain, reduces heat damage, improves rust resistance and keeps the surface cleaner with a richer luster.
