Expanded Metal Mesh Facade Panel

Expanded mesh is formed from the sheet itself rather than punched through it, which gives the panel a depth that a flat perforated sheet does not have. The result is a surface that reads as open texture from across a street and as a three-dimensional structure from close range.

What expansion does
The mesh is slit and stretched, so the strands stand out of the panel plane. That depth is why the surface changes character with the viewing angle: from one direction the openings dominate, from another the strands do.
Orientation
Mesh orientation is set to the elevation. Rotating the panel changes the direction the strands lean, which alters how light is caught and how the elevation reads when seen obliquely.
Where it works
Screens, balustrades, facade layers and soffits, particularly where a deep open texture is wanted without the panel reading as a solid plane.
Sampling and quotation
An A4-size project sample is available within 3 days so the material can be judged under real light before it is specified. Initial quotation response is provided for qualified project inquiries, and MOQ with lead time is confirmed against the confirmed project scope rather than assumed from the product type.
See the panel and mesh range or send your elevation for a mesh review.
