Stainless Steel Expanded Mesh Screen

A mesh screen divides space without sealing it. Air moves through, light passes, and a view is broken into fragments rather than blocked, which is often what is wanted in interiors where a solid partition would feel like a wall.

Open area and privacy

The mesh type decides how much passes through. A fine mesh reads almost solid across a room but still ventilates, while a coarse mesh keeps the view and acts more as a frame.

Framing

A screen is normally framed so it does not rely on the mesh for stiffness. The frame also gives the panel a clean edge where it meets floor, ceiling or adjacent finishes.

Maintenance

Open mesh collects less dust than a perforated sheet with small holes, and it is easier to clean because the strands are exposed on both faces.
