The medium ripple scale is the version most interior ceilings land on. It holds enough surface movement to read as texture from a distance, without the relief becoming so pronounced that the ceiling looks restless across a large area.

Where medium ripple fits
Medium ripple suits walls, lobbies, ceilings and interior features where the surface is seen from normal standing or seating distance. It sits between the fine ripple used for detail surfaces and smaller interiors and the large ripple used where the surface has to carry across a big span at height.
How light changes it
The same panel reads two different ways depending on the lighting. Diffuse light flattens the relief into gentle tonal transitions and the surface looks quiet; directional light separates highlights from valleys and the movement becomes obvious. Because both conditions usually exist in one interior, the panel is judged across the day rather than from a single photograph.
Specification notes
Ripple scale, panel module, joint direction and lighting positions are set from the ceiling or wall layout. The relief is formed in the sheet before fabrication, so panel edges and joints have to be planned against the pattern rather than cut afterwards.
Sampling
An A4-size sample is available within 3 days, which matters here more than with a flat finish: the relief has to be seen at the real viewing distance before the scale is fixed.
