Detail Information

A stainless steel roofing sheet in 304 grade with a directional brushed finish, produced as flat, folded or curved panels. It is aimed at commercial, public and mixed-use buildings where clean detailing, material durability and repeatable panel geometry matter more than an individualised roof form.

Geometry and panel layout

Panels are produced as flat, folded or curved elements. Panel size, joint layout, repetition and grain direction are set from the project drawings, so the seam rhythm stays consistent across a large roof area instead of breaking at transitions and edges.

Surface

The brushed finish uses a directional grain that gives a large roof surface a quieter, more controlled metallic character than a reflective finish. Reflective, PVD colour and embossed surfaces can be specified where the roof is meant to read more strongly against its surroundings.

Material and exposure

304 stainless steel is the standard grade for this panel. 316L is recommended for coastal sites according to MetalMagus project specification standards, and other grades are selected against project requirements. Exposure is assessed per project location rather than assumed.

Fabrication

Forming covers bending, rolling, curving and custom forming, followed by cutting, edge detail, welding and assembly preparation. Roof geometry, panel repetition and fabrication tolerances are resolved before production starts.

Sampling and quotation

An A4-size project sample is available within 3 days for material evaluation. Initial quotation response is provided for qualified project inquiries, with MOQ and lead time confirmed against the applicable standard sheet order and the confirmed project scope.
