Honeycomb Stainless Steel Facade Panel

A honeycomb panel puts a stainless skin on a lightweight core. The point is not the core itself but what it allows: large panels that stay flat, because the core holds the two skins apart and stops the face from bowing between supports.

Why flatness needs a core
A single skin panel spans only a short distance before it deflects. With a honeycomb core the panel behaves as a sandwich, so it can span further at the same weight and keeps a flat face across a large module.
Weight and structure
The composite is far lighter than a solid sheet of the same stiffness, which reduces the load on the support system and makes large-format cladding practical on a facade or a soffit.
Where it is specified
Large flat elevations, deep soffits and places where a continuous surface is wanted without a visible sub-frame. The panel module and fixing pattern are resolved together.
Sampling and quotation
An A4-size project sample is available within 3 days so the material can be judged under real light before it is specified. Initial quotation response is provided for qualified project inquiries, and MOQ with lead time is confirmed against the confirmed project scope rather than assumed from the product type.
