Demountable Stainless Steel Ceiling System

A demountable ceiling is a system rather than a panel. The stainless face, the support grid and the edge detail are designed together, because access is only useful if the ceiling goes back together with the same alignment it had before it was opened.

Access is a performance requirement

A ceiling that is hard to open gets damaged when it is opened. The system is designed so panels release cleanly, sit back on the grid without adjustment, and do not require the adjacent panels to be disturbed.

Alignment after reinstallation

The reason a demountable ceiling looks tired after a year is not the panels; it is the loss of registration. A system that registers each panel independently keeps its lines through repeated access.

Scope

Panels, grid and perimeter edge are supplied as one scope so the junction with the wall is resolved rather than improvised with a filler piece.

Sampling and quotation

An A4-size project sample is available within 3 days so the material can be judged under real light before it is specified. Initial quotation response is provided for qualified project inquiries, and MOQ with lead time is confirmed against the confirmed project scope rather than assumed from the product type.
