Curved Large-Span Stainless Steel Roof

A curved stainless roof over a long span, where the panel is rolled to the project radius rather than faceted from flat sheets. The curve has to hold across the whole run, because a reflective surface turns any inconsistency into a visible bend.

Radius against panel module
On a long curve the panel module and the radius interact. If the module is set without reference to the radius, the curvature concentrates in a few panels and reads as a series of flats. Setting the module against the radius distributes the curve evenly.
The reflection check
A reflective finish is the most honest inspection tool available: any flat spot, twist or joint step appears as a break in the reflected image. Brushed finishes are more tolerant, which is exactly why the finish and the forming tolerance are chosen together.
Production
Panels are rolled, cut and edge-detailed in one sequence so the formed panel arrives with fixing positions already resolved against the roof.
Sampling and quotation
An A4-size project sample is available within 3 days so the material can be judged under real light before it is specified. Initial quotation response is provided for qualified project inquiries, and MOQ with lead time is confirmed against the confirmed project scope rather than assumed from the product type.
