Can you supply panels cut to length for a large facade?
Yes. Sheets are supplied at 0.3-3.0 mm thickness, 10-1500 mm width and 300-6000 mm length, with a length tolerance of -0 / +0.2 mm and thickness tolerance of plus or minus 0.01 mm. A facade can therefore be ordered to module length instead of cut on site.
Why cut to length
Fewer site cuts, a tighter and more even joint rhythm, less waste, and far less risk of a finished face being damaged during on-site handling.
What to fix before ordering
Module grid, joint width, grain direction, opening and corner positions, and the largest single panel. Every one of them has to be settled while the sheet size can still be changed.
The limits to respect
Flatness is held to 3 mm, and to 10 mm for embossed or laser-perforated sheets because the forming itself moves the surface. The minimum order is 50 sheets per order, and packaging can be supplied to customer requirement.
